今月から社員さんにもインタビューを始めました！
記念すべき一人目は外国人の社員さんのウサマさんです。
彼が普段どのようなことをしているのか、彼の人柄なども知れるので是非ご覧ください。

自己紹介&雑談
大野(以下、赤字)：今日はよろしくお願いします。
ウサマさん：こちらこそよろしくお願いします。
最初にウサマさんの自己紹介をお願いします。
チュニジア出身の38歳で、未来電子で最年長です（笑）
チュニジアの母語がアラビア語とフランス語なので、その二つの言語を話せます。
それに加えて、英語と少し日本語も話せます。
妻は日本人で、チュニジアで出会いました。
9年前に結婚して、7歳と2歳の娘がいます。
すごい、、、そんなにマルチリンガルなんですか、、、
ふふふ（ウサマさん特有の可愛い笑い声）
日本でのカルチャーショックはありますか？
たくさんありますが、幼稚園の子供の制服の短さと、女性のデリバリー運転手の存在とかですね。
えっ、いや、回答の癖強すぎませんか！？？（笑）
冬でも幼稚園の子供達は短い丈の制服なので寒そうですし、チュニジアでは女性は危険な仕事をしません。
そのため、女性でデリバリー運転手をしている方が日本に居ることにびっくりしました。
なるほど、、、考えたこともありませんでした（笑）
ところでウサマさんは普段休日は何をしていますか？
休日がないですね。子供達を公園で遊ばせたりしないといけないですし。
でも、映画を観たりするのは好きです。
どんな映画を観るんですか？
ホラーとかサスペンスが好きです。
えっ！私もです！！！
えっ何が好きですか！？
（ここから10分くらい映画の話で盛りがったので割愛します）
ちなみに、ウサマさんのおすすめの映画は
・Unbreakable
・Split
・Glass
・Primal Fear

ウサマさんの仕事について
What did you do before working at Miraidenshi?
I used to work at factories because I couldn’t speak Japanese well back then, also I couldn’t see any values or personal improvements, so I wanted to do something valuable to me.
While working in factories, the last 3 years was studying programming by myself (following online tutorials), I decided to join leWagon boot camp in Tokyo which lasted 2 months only, but it helped me to understand better about web development.
After that, I started working at Miraidenshi and it’s been one and a half years.
Now, I can feel I’m growing and experiencing so many things through working here.
What do you like about Miraidenshi?
I like the staffs, all of them are pretty nice.
Also my boss, Adrien speaks French, so it makes our conversation smoother.
What surprised me was I don’t have to work overtime.
I can also work at home if I get sick.
It’s so flexible and nobody blames me about it…it doesn’t sound like a Japanese company!
(We both laughed)
What has been the biggest challenge in your career?
Umm…I think…it’s management.
Really? Programming sounds way more difficult and complex than management though.
In my case, being a manager for the tech team is harder.
Reading or writing tons of reports is hard for me.
Advising some intern students about programming is tough…
Woo…it does sound difficult…but I think Usama-san is so nice, so they can feel free to ask you for advice!

What’s your goal at Miraidenshi?
I would like to be able to finish tasks faster than I do now.
Also, I would like to make big profits by GO unite or as a tech team.
If I could, I’m interested in owning a business.
Actually I have some ideas about new application.
